1. What is the cloisonne lapel pin process? Basically,
cloisonn¨¦ is the same as the Die-struck process except for that cloisonn¨¦ uses
hard enamel fill verses soft enamel fill. 2. What is the photo etched pin
process? This is when your artwork image is chemically etched on to the metal
pin. In most cases it is recommended that an epoxy is applied for protection from
scratching.
3. What kind of pin backing is standard? The butterfly
or (military clutch) is standard.
4. Do you keep our logo on file? Yes,
we keep your logo and mold for two years from the last date of order.

What is the mold and do I pay the mold only once? The mold is the actual die
of your artwork. You will only pay a new mold fee if there is a change to the
original artwork. Remember that all mold fees will not apply for orders of 500
or more. 6. How many colors do I get for free? Seven color are included
free of charge. A small fee will apply for additional colors. 7. What size
of a pin do you suggest for my organization? inch to 1 inch is the standard
size for corporate type uses. Size will always depend on you logo. 8.
What size pin do I need for baseball trading? For baseball, fast pitch softball,
soccer, basketball, Hockey and Cheerleading the answer is the same¡¡ Bigger is
better. The bigger the lapel pin the more trading value it has. 1-1/2 to 2-1/2
is the recommended sizes.
9. How do I start the artwork process? Simply
e-mail a description of your desired artwork for your lapel pin to us 10.
Do I see what my lapel pin will look like before I buy it?
Yes, you will
have a full color proof e-mailed to you depicting what your pin will look like.
Artwork is free of charge. 11. Do you guarantee your quality? Absolutely,
we take great pride in our ability to produce high-quality lapel pins. Please
notify use with-in 30 days of receiving your pins.
12. How long does
it take to receive my pins for the date of my order? You will receive your
lapel pins with-in two weeks from the date of you order.
